Order


Kindly note that once you proceed with the payment, the order is final and can't be cancelled. Please carefully read our product description, shipping timeline and return policy before making your purchase. 




Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to update your order in time.

Kindly note that we cannot guarantee that the change will be made as the order may have been already processed.

Our team works hard to get every order dispatched within 48 hours time.


For domestic deliveries within Thailand, we use Kerry/Flash express to deliver your parcel, which takes 1-2 days to arrive.


For international shipping, the delivery time after dispatching varies depending on the country.

Kindly note that the above delivery timeline does not include weekends, holidays and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end ( weather, volume, traffic, etc ).





We currently offer free shipping on both domestic and international orders.

For domestic orders, we use Kerry express or Flash express.

For international orders, we use SF Express, a carrier that works with (almost) all the local postage services around the world.





Once the parcel is shipped, we will send you an order status update email with the tracking details, which will provide a full end-to-end tracking of your parcel.

If you can't find the email, kindly check your spam box.

The tracking details may take a few days to update the latest information, please be patient.

For all international orders, we might reduce your order value marked to your parcel, so there is no additional fee charged by custom duties.

Please note that we don't have any control over these fees. They may incur as deemed by your country's legal regulations.

If in the unfortunate case that the duties and taxes incur on your shipment, you will be fully responsible for paying them. Please keep in mind that we're not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery. For all parcels rejected due to duties and taxes, please note that we won't be refunding your order.




Exchange & Return



As a small business, we only accept local returns at the moment.

For international customers, please carefully read our product descriptions before making your purchase. If you have any questions regarding any of our products, feel free to email us - we'll be more than happy to answer your questions.

For all customers, kindly note that due to hygiene reason, we don't accept exchanges or returns on pierced earrings, unless you received incorrect or defective products.

All the products must be unused and undamaged upon return with original packaging intact.





All returns are at the buyer’s cost unless the return is due to defective or incorrect product.

Please note that we do not reimburse any return shipping fee due to change of mind.

Materials & Care



We founded Summarii with the belief making high quality jewelry accessible to everyone.

We aim to provide jewelry designs with authentic and fairly mined materials while reducing as much as possible the social and environmental impacts of our pieces.

This is also why all our jewelry are handcrafted by local manufacturers and artisans in a very limited quantity of stock.





At Summarii, we use 2 types of materials:

  • Gold vermeil ( pronounced 'ver-may' ) is a process of electroplating consisting of depositing a thick layer of solid gold, which is no less than 2.5 microns, over high quality sterling silver.
    Vermeil is hypoallergenic and safer for sensitive skin. It is also durable and resistant because the layer of gold serves as protection, preventing the silver base from tarnishing.
  • Sterling silver is made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% alloy metals. The added alloy metals make the silver much more durable, helping the jewelry last and stay shiny.
    All our sterling silver jewelry pieces are polished and dipped in Rhodium, which is one of the costliest precious metals due to its rarity. This provides an extremely tough and protective layer against tarnishing and an extra bright finishing.

Stamps of quality: Al our gold vermeil and sterling silver jewelry designs are stamped with a "S925 or "925 Silver" mark to certify the authenticity and sterling silver purity.





Every jewelry piece needs special care that will make it last longer.

Here are a few golden rules to protect your jewelry:

  • Avoid any contact with water (fresh or salt), chemicals (cosmetics, perfume, lotions) and excessive perspiration to prevent them from oxidation.
  • Remove all your jewelry pieces before washing your hands, showering, bathing, swimming or any other sports.
  • Gently rub your jewelry pieces with our silver polishing cloth, store them in our Summarii pouch & box and make sure they remain cool and dry.

Please note that if you do not follow our care guide, your jewelry may become dirty, fade slightly or tarnish overtime.





To keep your jewelry pieces looking its best and to make them last longer, make sure you clean them with the polishing cloth after every wear and store them properly.

The silver polishing cloth contains a small amount of cleaning agent that will hold on to any dirt, oil and residues. Keep in mind to never was the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness.

To clean your jewelry, simply rub the jewelry surface with the cloth. It is normal to see dark residue on the cloth, this is a sign that it is working correctly. Make sure you wash your hands after use to ensure the cleaning agent is removed.





It really depends on how you are taking care of your jewelry pieces.

You won't believer how long your jewelry will last if you follow our simple golden rules! So start following them to better enjoy your treasures.





At Summarii, we've got your back! We offer one full-year warranty from the date of purchase for all our jewelry pieces.

We will take care of your jewelry if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewelry occurs. Just contact us at hello@summarii.co and we will send you a replacement.

Please note that our warranty do not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear ( such as broken chain ), improper use or storage of your product and any modification to your product done by a third party.



Packaging



Every order is hand packaged with care and love.

Your jewelry pieces will come protected in our Summarii pouch and box.
You will also receive a silver polishing cloth, a jewelry care instructions card and a personal thank you card.

Kindly note that we will combine all your purchased items into one box.

We currently do not offer gift wrapping.

However, since we include a personal thank you card with every order, you can contact us at hello@summarii.co to personalize the card with any special message that will be handwritten.



Payment



Our customers' privacy is important to us.

All submitted personal and payment information are encrypted for your security. We use industry-standard TSL encryption to ensure your personal information is safe.

We will not leak or release any customer information to third parties.
