As a small business, we currently only accept local returns. Kindly note that due to hygiene reasons, we don’t accept any exchanges on pierced earrings.
For international customers, please carefully read our product description before purchasing! If you have any questions regarding any products from our store, feel free to email us, we would be more than happy to help address your questions.
Return Shipping Fees
Please note that we don't reimburse return shipping fee unless you received a defective or incorrect product. The return shipping fee will be at the buyer’s expense.
Return Process
Please send your product return request to hello@summarii.com with:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Your reason to return our product
- Product photo
Once approved, please return the product and provide us with the return shipment’s tracking number.
Order Refund
Once we receive your returned product, we will process your order for refund within 48 hours.
Defective or Incorrect Product
Kindly note that we carefully inspect all our jewelry pieces before dispatching them.
If in the unlikely event that you receive any faulty piece from us, we sincerely apologize. Please let us know within 48 hours after receiving your order and we will send you a replacement.
